"I have been here before," he says. "A couple of times. But it has been a while." Which is completely true.

And then they stop next to a tree. It's tall and the trunk is smooth. How they're to get up there is any body's guess.

"Nice." Jay strokes the trunk, just assuming Eric was planning to fuck him against the trunk. It's a little colder than Jay would like but it's worth it. He makes a slow show of slipping off his jacket, catching the sleeve of his tee-shirt so it shows off his throat.

Eric steps closer and traps Jay against the tree trunk. Then he bends his head and kisses him.

It's a slow, leisurely kiss.

He considers it an investment in future accessible meals. Which is important here.

Then he puts his arms around Jay and says, "Hold on to me."

Jay chuckles and finds his feet on the branch. He toes off his boots and lets them fall, he'll find them later.

"So I see. Talented and beautiful. And deadly." He tilts his head back, letting Eric have his neck.

He groans softly. "What gave me away?"

Eric slides one hand into Jay's hair and twists his head further to the side, a bit roughly.

"Your scent. The sound of your pulse. The way you move right now. Shamelessly."

And then he drops fang and bites.

Jay growls happily as Eric pulls his hair. "You already know I'm shameless. You don't need my scent for that."

He gasps, tightening his grip as he feels Eric's fangs break the skin. "Oh fuck yes!"

Eric drinks, eyes half-closed. Pressing one strong leg between Jay's, trapping him between the tree and his own cold body.

He moves his face away from Jay's skin and licks his wet and sticky lips.

His eyes are huge and dark.

Eric accepts the kiss, holding still. He even loosens his firm hold on Jay's hair. Running his hand down Jay's neck.

He has things that he does not do. Ever.

He doesn't kneel for one.

Since Jay wanted to be bitten elsewhere that leaves him only one option.

He runs his hands down Jay's body and unzips his jeans, pushing them out of the way. And then he lifts him up with a firm grip right above his hips.

He doesn't seem concerned about keeping his own balance. Then again, falling won't kill him.
