Since Jay wanted to be bitten elsewhere that leaves him only one option.
He runs his hands down Jay's body and unzips his jeans, pushing them out of the way. And then he lifts him up with a firm grip right above his hips.
He doesn't seem concerned about keeping his own balance. Then again, falling won't kill him.
