Package for Eric

Inside are plans for Eric’s new security system. It includes a layout and planting diagram for the landscaping that will cover it and provide Eric with a bit more privacy. There are a bunch of prototypes for shock mines, motion sensors and gas release systems.
Jay’s done a ton of research into plants that’ll do best in the area and will thrive on neglect so Eric never has to bother with them. And a full costing list for parts, materials, plants and Jay’s time building and installing it.
When he goes all out, Jay goes all out.
