Jay opens his door and tossed the suitcase aside. Nothing in there that can't wait. For once, Jay's room is in immaculate order, clearly cleaned and packed up before he went away.

He shrugs off his shirt and waistcoat to reveal his heavily bandaged chest. There are boot prints bruised into his skin and deep cuts and shallow scratches. All and all, he's a mess.

"Thank you for this." He kicks off his shoes and sits on the edge of the bed.

"It's been a while. It's likely closer to my own colour now," Eric says. And then he adds, "Dry off and go back to bed. I don't want you slipping."

That might be a suggestion?

"You hair changes over time?"

He nods and dries off, padding slow and naked towards the bed. Anyone else, he might add, I trust you but he won't say it to Eric because would just make things weird. And because Eric already knows.

"It grows. But slowly. I could grow it long but it would take a while."

He dries himself off and follows Jay. A huge, cold presence right at his back.
Jay's warm. He can smell his clean skin. His blood. He can smell his own blood inside him.

"She used to lighten it. So I would look more like the popular conception of a Viking."

Jay stretches out on his back, unless Eric directs him otherwise. "I like the blond. I works on you, with your colouring. But Pam would know that."

His skin is strange and wonderful against the quilt. Eric's cold is fascinatingly soothing. Everything feels brighter and more. Part of him wants to surrender to that.

Eric settles down next to him. Almost close enough to touch.

And then he leans in and licks the side of Jay's neck.

His tongue is cool.

"Oh fuck" Jay sighs, letting his eyes close. He shouldn't be able to feel the shape and curve of every taste-bud on his skin. "That shouldn't be-"

Eric nips at his shoulder with his front teeth. Then he licks his neck again.

He can feel the blood, just beneath the thin layer of skin.

Jay can feel the tiniest blood vessels burst when Eric nips him, feels them spread and heal and renew themselves. He moans softly, bringing his hands up to cup Eric's shoulders, arching his neck.

And this time, Eric runs his teeth along his exposed throat.
Growling.
Just a little

And not solely for Jay's benefit.

Fuck, even the vibrations are amazing! He keens softly, running his fingers through Eric's hair.

Knowing it's dyed, he focuses his heightened senses, trying to see if he can feel the chemical of the dye. Of course his senses are nowhere near that accurate but the idea is there.

That touch, the fingers in his hair, provokes a different response. A softer moan.

Eric presses against Jay.

Seems like Jay's not the only one with a thing for having his hair played with. He arches back against Eric, petting his hair on long, slow strokes, feeling the individual strands between his fingers.

There is a loud click next to his ear.

The sound of fangs coming down.

Jay gasps. He can feel the abruptness of them like never before, the sharp tang in the air as Eric exposes his fangs. Jay can feel his whole body vibrate with need just as Eric's does with hunger. "Yes." It's barely a breath because he knows it doesn't need to be any louder than that.

And Eric bites down on his neck. Hard.

Letting the hot blood flood his mouth as he encircles Jay's body with his arms and holds him tightly.

Jay orgasms as Eric's fangs enter his neck, aware of every part of his body so completely that the sensations fill him. Not that it has made him any softer.

He can hear his own heart, the blood pumping and racing to Eric's lips, the slither of strands between his fingers as he tightens his grip on Eric's hair.

Eric drinks, noisily, messily, as he tightens his hold on Jay.

And his cold, cold skin slowly begins to heat up. Almost imperceptibly.

Normally but today Jay can feel it; feel his own skin cool as Eric's warms. It's minute but he can feel it.

And the texture of Eric's lips, the feel of his own blood on his skin - the sticky heat of it and there's a sudden moment when he feels like he might cum again from the overload of sensation.

He buries his face in Eric's shoulder, biting him with blunt human teeth just to keep himself from screaming.

Eric snarls, tearing his mouth away from Jay's bloodied neck.
And then he grabs hold of Jay's hips. Bruisingly hard.

Jay grunts, jerking back with the abruptness of Eric's reaction. He has no idea if Eric's about to Fuck him or tear his throat out. Or both. But judging by that grip he won't have a say either way.

It seems to be Option One because Eric pauses briefly as he lines himself up and then he slowly, slowly, slowly penetrates Jay.

Staring down at him, his face dripping with blood, his lips parted to leave room for his fangs.

Oh fuck, if that won't cause an overload, nothing will! Jay cums again, pushing and clawing for faster, deeper, more!

The drips of blood hit his skin like scalding oil, bright and hot and strange. The iron tang of blood in the air is overpowering and Jay can't understand how Eric can bear it.

Another growl and then Eric starts moving. Fast and deep.

His eyes are fixated on the smeared blood on Jay's neck and on the bedding.

Eric bends his head and hisses, fangs bared, before kissing him hard, all the while keeping up with the rapid thrusts.
