Jay chuckles, trying to hide the fact he's uncomfortably hard at the view, only increased by watching Emcee lick his hand. "Intense is one word for her. Not sure that covers it though."

Below them on the floor, the music fades and Kitty announces the next act.

"Kräftig," he says with his naturally rough Berliner accent, making it sound more like a growl than the word already does. "That's what she is. Strong and vigorous and lusty and all those wonderful things."

As he wipes his fingers, he glances up at Jay. Or rather, his crotch. And he grins.

"Should we do something about that or will you be all right?"

"I'll wait." Jay shrugs, aware the tight pants hide almost nothing. "Doesn't mean I won't look forward to doing something about it later."

"Mm, yes, there is always later," he agrees as he buttons up his own trousers, before draining half of his glass.

"Do you want to watch the next act from up here?"

"Sure, why not." He smiles, waiting for Emcee to be decent before opening the curtains so they can see the stage.

The Rat Pack girls are filing onto the stage, sharp suits and hats pulled down. The music rises as they start a dance routine to Micheal Jackson's Smooth Criminal.

Emcee gasps at the sight of them.

"Why, the little minxes, they didn't say they were performers!"

He sits with his feet up on the couch and his drink in his hand, watching with his jaw agape. He's never seen dancing like that before.

"They are extraordinary!"

"I get the feeling this party involved a lot of roping in of people who wanted a chance to perform." Jay joins him, Emcee's feet around his lap.

"I think it's a fantastic idea," he says, his eyes trained on the stage and not wanting to blink as he watches the dancers. "And I like the moments of audience participation. They make everyone feel more included and part of an experience rather than simply being a spectator. I mean, it's all right to just watch if you like, but there's always the chance that someone may grab you by the hand and drag you info doing something fun."

"Sounds as if you'd fit in perfectly here." Jay grins, just a little dangerously.

Emcee then does turn to look at Jay, and he chuckles, nudging him with his foot.

"What a coincidence that this club is so conveniently close to the penthouse."

Jay's expression is a mask of utter innocence.

Emcee smirks and smacks his shoulder.

"You do innocent just about as well as I do, which is to say, not very. I must say, though, it was clever of you to find a place I could pop in whenever I like while I'm here."

It would almost be like home.

He turns his attention back to the dancers, following their skilled moves with fascination and delight.

"Alice found you, if you recall. I had nothing to do with it." Jay continues to feign innocence.

"Please," he says with a roll of his eyes. "You knew I would enjoy this place, so you found somewhere for me to live like practically on top of it."

"Literally, not practically." He hides a grin behind his glass.

Emcee frowns, rolls his eyes up in thought, and appears a bit bewildered, as he tries to remember how they got here. There's been a lot of liquor since then, but he does recall that it was a very short walk. Probably in a circle.

"You're impossible," he finally says. "I'm starting to think that there have been absolutely no coincidences since I got here."

The dance number ends and the audience bursts into applause. Emcee gets to his feet and goes up to the balcony railing to add his own cheers to the noise.

Jay laughs and joins him on the balcony, clapping and whistling.

He glances to Emcee and shrugs, "I don't know what you're talking about."

Emcee just gives him a look.

"Stop that," he half-laughs. "The more you say things like that, the more I wonder what else is going to happen tonight, and I don't want to do that. I just want things to be. To happen however they want."

He grabs his hand and starts dragging him downstairs. "Now, come on, you have to dance with me."

Jay stops him with a soft but firm hand on his sleeve, looking into Emcee's eyes. "Nothing planned, love. I swear. Just us and an evening out." He holds Emcee's gaze, his eyes honest.

Emcee stops and turns and looks at Jay. After a moment, he then steps up to him and pulls him in for a quick but warm kiss on the lips.

"I believe you," he says with a small smile and a nod.

And then he grabs his hand again and continues dragging him downstairs.

Jay follows him, grinning as the crowd makes space for them on the dance floor. Jay pulls Emcee close, enclosing him in the protective circle of his arms. He wants Emcee to know there's nothing more important than him in this moment.

Emcee rests his hands on Jay's shoulders as he moves to the beat, grinding and pressing up against Jay's body.

He can feel Jay focus on him, giving him all his attention. As if he were the only person in the room.

He's still hard from before and there's no way to hide it with Emcee grinding against him like that. He leans in and kisses Emcee's throat, moaning breathlessly.

Emcee laughs and tips his head back as Jay kisses him. Turning around within the circle of his arms, he presses his back to him, reaching up with one hand to curl his fingers in Jay's hair.

"You are making this very, very hard to bear." He growls into Emcee's neck as they dance.
