"Demon rabbit." Jay growls, eyes never leaving the bunny. "But I thought the little fuckers had learned to stay away from this spot."
He holds the knife between two fingers, ready to throw. "Drop it or I'll skin you for a hat." He growls.
The demon rabbit drops the shoe but charges at Jay. Or starts to. Jay throws neatly and pins it to the tree by one ear. He grabs it by the scruff of the neck and pulls the knife out. He picks the rabbit up and holds it at eye level as it nashs teeth at him. "Last warning." And then drops it. It looks like it's considering attacking Jay's boot but thinks better of it and runs.
